Use of the Center

• Operating hours differ by store, so please see each individual store’s page.
• Use of the center by the following persons is not allowed.
  • Persons with tattoos or body art (paint, stickers, etc.)
  • Persons who have engaged in behavior that bothers or endangers other customers
  • Persons otherwise deemed unfit to use the center

Reservations

• The center operates on a reservations-only system, so please call or come by in advance to make a reservation.
  Same-day reservations and visits are possible if there are rooms available.
• Persons who are menstruating, have high blood pressure, are not feeling well, have allergy symptoms, are being treated by a doctor, are taking medication, have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or are nursing should notify center personnel at the time you make a reservation.
  Such persons may be unable to receive treatment in some cases.
• To cancel or change reservations, please notify the center during hours of operation one day in advance. Cancellations or changes made after that time will be treated as if the procedure had taken place as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

On the Day of the Reservation

• Please arrive 15 minutes or more before your reserved time. Please note that if you are late for your reserved time, your treatment time may be shortened.
• Customers will be asked to consent to a simple questionnaire and consultation in advance. If there is anything you do not understand, please ask.
• After the consultation, please note that according to the diet counselor’s judgment, the customer may be refused the desired treatment in order to prevent an accident.

Guidelines for Inside the Center

In order for other customers to receive treatment in a comfortable manner, we ask that customers comply with the following requests.

• Please refrain from behaviors that interfere with other customers’ treatment.
  • Please do not smoke.
  • Please keep quiet.
  • Please turn off mobile phones.
• If you feel ill at any point during treatment, please tell a diet counselor immediately.
