Not only have I slimmed down, I’m a lot healthier, too! I used to feel incredibly tired after work, but now going up a few flights of stairs to my apartment is nothing! I definitely feel like my body has regained its youthfulness. I’ve taken up Latin dancing, and my form is graceful and strong.
